I, like many, had experiences that caused me physical embarrassment and mental anguish prior to developing Y2K Credit Solutions in 2005. Despite settling my accrued debts via delinquent accounts, I realized that the aforementioned debts were still very much visible on my credit report. Therefore, I was constantly affected negatively in terms of the approval of my credit-required transactions. Frequent frustration and unimaginable disappointment from being denied credit time and time again provided me with the fuel to tackle my biggest challenge.
Antagonized, I welcomed the challenge vehemently and began vigorously educating myself doing intensive research on the structure of credit and how it worked. Reviewing the Federal and State laws and statues, including, but not limited to, the Fair Credit and Fair Debt Collection Practice Acts, I started investigating the creditor(s) and the credit reporting agencies. After 90 days of careful perusal and concrete investigation of dissecting my credit file, I was infatuated by the information that I was obtaining. Applying my knowledge and insights gained from my profound research of credit and fair credit practices, I was able to restore and reestablish my credit.
I decided to dedicate my newly acquired knowledge towards helping friends and family to remove negative and unappealing information from their respective credit reports. Amongst these unpleasing, and somewhat appalling negative criticism were reports that indicated BANKRUPTCY, TAX LIENS, JUDGEMENTS, LATE PAYMENT(S), CHARGEOFFS, FORECLOSURES, COLLECTIONS ACCOUNTS, and an array of others. Having experienced a vast amount of success throughout my trials and tribulations in credit restoration, I was easily gravitated and enthusiastic about helping others begin life on a new, clean slate as I did.
